Salon Policies

Please ensure you've read these policies before booking. When booking, you'll be asked to tick a box to confirm that you've read and understood these.

Booking Terms & Conditions

  • All bookings are made directly with Nicola or via the online booking system on the website. Please ensure you book the correct service. If you're unsure which treatment to choose, please contact Nicola before booking (especially if you're booking nail art or are unsure if you can receive treatment.)

  • You must come to your appointment alone - no children or pets are allowed.

  • Face masks are no longer mandatory but you are welcome to wear one if you wish.

  • Please arrive on time. Timings and treatments are scheduled to carry out thorough prep, treatment application and sanitisation between clients. If you're more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, Nicola won't be able to carry out your treatment. 

  • If you book nail art, please send Nicola a picture of your ideas before your appointment. For more information, see the Nail Art pages on the website.

  • Any application that has been left on for over 4 weeks will require a complete soak off and a new treatment carried out.

  • Nicola does not remove/soak off any other nail technician's work. If you require a removal, you must have this done by the technician who applied the treatment.

  • You must be aged 18 or over to book an appointment.    

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important and Nicola understands that sometimes, the unexpected can occur, meaning changes need to be made. If you need to cancel your appointment, Nicola respectfully requests at least 24hrs notice. 
 

  • Cancellation within 24hrs of your appointment time will result in a payment of 100% of your appointment price.

  •  If you don't show up for your appointment, this will result in payment of 100% of your appointment price.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, Nicola won't be able to carry out your treatment and your appointment will need to be rescheduled. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. 

 

  • In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
