Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

• Vouchers must be redeemed by booking online at  www.nicolatonner.com and the physical voucher brought on the day of the chosen appointment.

 

• During booking online, you can simply redeem your voucher by entering the code stated on your voucher in the 'add your message' box.

​

• Vouchers can be used in conjunction with any offers available at the time of booking.

​

• Voucher amounts for less than the service cost can still be redeemed as part payment, with the balance payable on the day.

 

• Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers.

 

• You cannot redeem gift vouchers for cash alternative.

 

• Nicola Tonner Ltd cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers.

 

• Any balance left on the voucher can be redeemed against future treatments/services.

 

• Multiple gift vouchers can be redeemed against treatments/services, all voucher codes should be added to the 'add your message' box.

 

• All gift vouchers have a 12-month validity period from the date of purchase.  

 

• Any vouchers presented after their expiry date will be treated as void and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

• All booking and cancellation terms also apply to vouchers.

 

Nicola Tonner Ltd reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action, including cancellation of the voucher if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
