Studio and booking terms, including COVID-19 safety

Please ensure you've read these guidelines before booking.  When booking, you'll be asked to tick a box to confirm that you've read and understood these.  

COVID-19 safety

  • When you book an appointment, you'll receive a link in your confirmation email to submit a COVID-19 Consent Form at least 24hrs before your appointment. 

  • If you have an appointment but are unwell or have COVID-19 symptoms, please let me know ASAP.  Please DO NOT attend your appointment, it's better to rearrange than attend.  Your health and our safety is the priority - this is extremely important.

  • If you've attended an appointment then test positive for COVID-19, you must contact me ASAP so that I can take the appropriate action for myself and other clients.

Booking Terms & Conditions

  • All bookings are made via the online booking system on the website.  Please ensure you book the correct service.  If you're unsure which treatment to choose, please contact me before booking (especially if you're booking nail art.)

  • You must come to your appointment alone - no children or pets are allowed in my home Studio.

  • Face masks are no longer mandatory but you are welcome to wear one if you wish.

  • Please arrive on time.  Timings and treatments are scheduled to carry out thorough prep, treatment application and sanitisation between clients.  If you're more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, I won't be able to carry out your treatment. 

  • If you book nail art, please send me a picture of your ideas before your appointment.

  • Any application that has been left on for over 4 weeks will require a complete soak off and a new treatment carried out.

  • I do not remove/soak off any other nail technician's work.  If you require a removal, you must have this done by the tech who applied the treatment before I can accept an appointment.

  • You must be aged 18 or over to book an appointment at my home Studio.  

Cancellation/No Show Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes, the unexpected can occur, meaning changes need to be made.  If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24hrs notice. 

  • Cancellation within 24hrs of your appointment time will result in a payment of 50% of your appointment price.

  • Very late cancellation (less than 3hrs to your appointment time) will result in payment of 100% of your appointment price.

  •  If you don't show up for your appointment, this will result in payment of 100% of your appointment price.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, I won't be able to carry out your treatment.  In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.  I'll do my best to reschedule your service for another time. 


  • In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
